ADDENDUM TO FIXED-TERM EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Typically this contract is used in the event the employee earns above the annual threshold, or the amendment is of such a nature that it falls within the guidelines of Section 198B of the LRA: An example of a Section 198B amendment will be, if the fixed-term contract automatically changes from a specific date of termination to the finalization of a specific contract within the company or with a third-party client.
