DRAFT IT! System Subscription USAGE Terms and Conditions!
Terms and Conditions Apply:
Welcome to DRAFT IT! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to and using our document drafting program (“the Program”). By subscribing to and using the Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Subscription Agreement: By subscribing to the Program and authorizing the deduction of the monthly subscription fee from your account, you agree to a minimum subscription period of six (6) months (“Initial Period”). You will not be able to cancel your subscription before the Initial Period has lapsed.
- Account Usage: You agree not to share your DRAFT IT! account with any other natural persons or organizations who do not have a valid subscription. Each subscriber must have their own individual subscription.
- Commercial Use: You agree to use the DRAFT IT! program solely for the purpose of drafting labor law documents within your own organization. Any commercial use outside of this scope requires a separate commercial license. To request a commercial license, please contact laboured.org.za via email at info@laboured.org.za for a quote.
- Liability Disclaimer: laboured.org.za and any subsidiaries will not be liable for any damages suffered by the user, directly or indirectly, resulting from the implementation and usage of the Program. The Program is designed to simplify the drafting process of labor documents, and all reasonable efforts will be made to keep the documentation up to date at all times.
- Modification of Terms: laboured.org.za reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the laboured.org.za website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Program after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
By subscribing to and using the DRAFT IT! program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Program.
